The development will comprise: alterations to the development previously approved under Reg Ref. F22A/0246 (ABP Ref. 314182) which provided for the construction of a single storey one bedroom dwelling. The alterations will comprise: (i) provision of a recessed first floor level; (ii) the provision of 2 no. rooflights (1 no. atop ground floor and 1 no. atop first floor level); (iii) the provision of new door to link carport area to rear garden and bin store location; and (iv) all associated site works including landscaping, boundary works, and SuDs drainage necessary to facilitate the development.
