Planning Permission is sought by the University of Galway for demolition of the existing prefabricated building (also known as the Riverside Terrapin Building), located at the rear of the site formed by No. 4 & 6 Distillery Road Newcastle, Galway. The proposed works will consist of the following: 1. The demolition of the existing Riverside Terrapin Building (276 sqm). 2. The proposed site is located between Distillery Road and the access road serving the campus and is located at the rear of the Kingfisher Club Sports building.
