New reception building with multiple check in windows for quicker check-in along with new man entrance configuration with longer vehicular check-in lane to aid with traffic congestion on Redcross Main Street and so alleviate the build-up of queues during the busy arrival time slots. Planning is also sought to provide additional parking for both guest and staff in designated areas along with removal of timber pets corner structure to facilitate new reception building including ancillary works
