To construct a single storey style dwelling and detached domestic garage, install proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area, form new entrance off existing laneway, together with all associated site works

For (1) Construct cattle underpass under existing public road LS7049; (2) Re-instate residual road sections over & adjacent to proposed underpass route; (3) Install effluent collection tank; (4) Complete all associated and ancillary site works

For development consisting of 1) Proposed 8 bay, portal frame, agricultural building for use as a dry bedded shed with associated underground slurry storage tank, 2) Proposed 7 bay lean-to agricultural building for use as a dry bedded shed with associated underground slurry storage tank and 3) all ancillary site development works
