Construction of a new disability access landing pontoon for the purposes of facilitating water access for disabled dinghy sailors, and elderly club members to include new floating pontoon, access gangway, landing area, and alterations to existing boundary sea wall, boundary wall, and footpath to accommodate same, and associated site works. In addition a Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
