Internal and external alterations and a change of use to Bushy Park House (a protected structure - RPS Reference: 214) and to the existing basement extension (total gross floor area 1,781sq.m) from education/science and technology use (previously permitted under permission Reg. Ref. S99A/0664) to residential use. The proposed development will result in the provision of 17 apartments consisting of 8 no. 1 bed units and 9 no. 2 bed units.
