RETENTION:The development works to be retained consist of alterations to the existing materiality and fenestration details, along with the removal of a chimney along the north west elevation.

The proposed works for which planning is sought will include the following: demolition of two existing pitched roof structures to the rear of the existing dwelling, internal alterations to existing ground, first floor and attic levels, construction of new part-single-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, the construction of a two storey dormer window extension to the side of the existing dwelling, along the same footprint as the existing box window, along with minor fenestration reconfigurations and amendments to the building materiality, all along with associated landscaping, ancillary and site works.
