For development which will consist of permission for 1.) a new 2 storey office building with ancillary laboratories, canteen, gymnasium, meeting rooms and reception of 2250.5 sqm, 2.) a new single storey, double height truck maintenance shed of 587.4 sqm 3.) associated parking spaces including 101 no. car parking spaces, 3 no. van parking spaces and 30 no. secure bicycle parking spaces, 4.) solar photovoltaic panels at roof level to office building, 5.) alterations to the use of and modifications to the previously permitted entrance (Planning Reference No. P18/1010), 6.) internal road layout, landscaping, external lighting and boundary treatment, 7.) new surface water attenuation area, 8.) New foul water drainage pipework and pump station to service the new office building and maintenance shed connecting to the existing site infrastructure and discharging to the public network via the existing site connection 9.) new concrete dry storage area of 2194 sqm with associated surface water attenuation, 10.) new pedestrian entrance gate and sheltered waiting area, 11.) building signage and all ancillary site works above and below ground. The proposed development site is controlled by an Industrial Emissions Licence (Register No. P0076-01) authorised by the Environmental Protection Agency

For development which will consist of the construction of an extension to main building and associated site works

For works to the existing facility at Building 2, East Park, Shannon Industrial Estate, Shannon, Co. Clare. The proposed development consists of: -A two-storey manufacturing expansion 13m high with a footprint of 2168.125 m2 and an overall floor area of 4340 m2 over two floors located to the North and adjoining the existing facility. - The facility shall be clad in micro-rib external cladding to match existing and contain a single loading dock arrangement on its western elevation. - A single storey electrical room measuring 12m x 5m x 3m high constructed from block cavity construction and completed with a built up concrete flat roof shall be located on the eastern side and adjoining the new development. - A single storey metal clad steel structure to house new equipment measuring 12m x 7m x4m high and located on the northern elevation of the existing building adjoining the new development. - A new perimeter roadway extending into the existing northern fallow area. - All associated site works and temporary works

For the development of an extension to the existing light-industrial manufacturing facility, consisting of a single storey of high bay warehousing with ancillary office, manufacturing, and R&D areas over 3 storeys resulting in a combined 5100m² of new floor area, with screened roof level plant. The development will include the provision of 3 no. ramped loading bays, 3 no. at grade loading doors and associated construction and upgrade of ancillary yard/marshalling areas, as well as the inclusion of a fire suppression storage tank and associated pump house, building signage, upgraded campus entrance signage and all ancillary landscaping, site works and services. The building is to replace the existing structures on site, the demolition of which was permitted under Pl.Ref no: 23/552.

For the demolition of existing industrial / commercial building within Bay 70 of the Shannon Industrial Estate and associated site clearance works along with all other associated site works to allow for future development on the site

For works which shall consist of; an extension to the eastern elevation measuring 870m2 to contain new clean room and dispatch facilities, a two-storey extension to the northern elevation measuring 580m2 ground floor an 395m2 first floor to contain new staff welfare facilities, a single storey extension to the northern elevation measuring 640m2 to contain additional warehousing space, a new staff car park with 320 spaces shall be constructed to the north (rear) of the site and accessed by means of a new entrance. A separate new goods entrance shall be constructed to the front of the site to the east of the existing staff entrance. All site ancillary works including temporary relocated car park spaces and access to same

For extension to Centre of Excellence Building at EI Campus, Shannon Industrial Estate, Shannon, Co Clare. The development consists of the demolition of an existing services yard and enclosing walls to facilitate the construction of a two-storey Gym facility connected to the existing building.
