The proposed development consists of A) The demolition of existing single storey rear and side sunroom extensions and small attached shed/outbuilding, the demolition of associated single storey garage building; to enable B) The construction of a two-storey extension to the eastern, northern and western elevations of the existing house, with single storey extensions to the western and southern elevations, fenestration changes to all elevations, with associated dormer windows (to the northern elevation) and rooflights, together with an increase in ridge height to facilitate first-floor. C) The construction of a single storey ancillary, non-habitable garden room. D) The widening of the existing front vehicular entrance from 2.74m to 3.45m; and, E) All associated site development works, associated drainage, landscaping, and ancillary works to facilitate the development.
