Change of use of existing farm buildings to provide four self-catering holiday accommodation units. The development will consist of a renovation and a change of use to existing farm structures providing (2 No. two bed units) and (2 No. one bed units) alterations to farmyard enclosures to provide car parking / amenity areas. A packaged effluent disposal system with mechanical aeration and polishing filter to current EPA standards together with all associated site development works

1) The construction of sites for 8 no. additional mobile homes, the installation of a mobile home with associated external deck area and parking area on each site and access driveway, external lighting, berm mounding and landscaping; 2) The construction and installation of 1 no. 5-a-side football pitch, 2 no. pickleball courts, and 1 no. padel tennis court; 3) The construction of a hard standing area to provide for the storage of boats and jet skis, car parking spaces, storage containers and recycling containers; and 4) All associated site development works including drainage, pedestrian pathways, landscaping and water features
