For construction of boat jetty, new site entrance, and all ancillary site works

For development consisting of the modification of the existing house which was previously granted under planning references 07/1177 and 03/532 and Retention Permission which will include the following: (a) PERMISSION for changes to the existing internal layout of the house to include an extra bedroom, (b) PERMISSION for changes to existing elevations, (c) PERMISSION for a detached garage, (d) PERMISSION for modifications to road entrance design as previously granted under permission references 07/1177 and 03/532 and associated frontage works, (e) Installation of a proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area together with connection to existing services and including all ancillary site works. Also RETENTION to retain alterations to permission references 07/1177 and 03/532 including changes to the elevations of the house and minimally reduced overall floor area

To develop a Glamping Site comprising 4 no. self catering glamping pods, install a car parking area, install pedestrian paths, form new entrance from the public road, construct boat jetty on shore of Skeagh Lough, install wastewater treatment unit and percolation area together with all ancillary site works Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
