The retention of 1 no. bay window (5 sq. m) to the southeast of the residential amenity rooms (Stable Rooms); ii. The retention of a single-story extension to the rear of the house (16.5 sq.m); iii. The retention of a timber pergola located in the internal courtyard; iv. The retention of widening works to the car park to the north, associated concrete post and rail fence and 3 no. external lampposts; v. The retention of c. 95 sq. m of wooden cladding along ‘Marian Way’; vi. The development of a porch extension (20 sq. m) to the west gable of the house; vii. The development of a porch extension (5 sq.m) to the east of the courtyard; viii. The replacement of an existing window with a door to the east of the kitchen to provide access to the internal courtyard; ix. The replacement of an existing door with window to the west of the internal courtyard; x. The replacement of existing window with a proposed fire escape door to the east of the courtyard and, xi. Internal alterations to provide for a toilet facility (20 sq.m) to the northwest of the internal courtyard as well as the provision of a new door to the east elevation and the alteration of an existing door to a window to the north of the internal courtyard.
