The development will consist of the further re-contouring of agricultural land to include additional lands within an overall area of 10.6 hectares. Works will take place over a five-year period and will use approximately 100,000 tonne of imported clean, inert, soil and stone and all ancillary site works

(1) to construct a two storied type dwelling house and a detached domestic garage (2) to install a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area (3) to make a new entrance onto the road (4) all ancillary site development works

The re-contouring of agricultural land, a new entrance, pallisade fencing and pallisade security gates, temporary installation of a wheel wash and portaloo on site for the duration of the works and all ancillary site works over a three year period using approximately 50,000 tonnes of imported, clean, inert soil and stone within an area of 5.08 hectares.
