Planning permission to amend condition no. 5 attached to F21A/0547. This application seeks to amend condition no. 5 to allow for required works as per F19A/0446, to be delivered before the occupation of residential units as permitted under F21A/0547. It is sought that the amended condition reads as follows: Prior to occupation of development the application shall undertake and complete the required works to Streamstown Lane, as permitted under F19A/0446.
The propsosed development shall consist of:
Construction of a proposed new detached two storey dwelling to the rear of the existing house, Greenfield House. A proposed foul service connection via the adjacent property, Charville Lodge. A proposed new access driveway off Streamstown Lane with works to the front boundary of Greenfield to provide for a new vehicular access, landscaping and boundary treatments and all associated site works.
The proposed development consists of construction of 57 No. residential units of detached, semi-detached, and terraced housing comprising of 4 No. 2-bed units; 14 No. 3-bed units; 37 no. 4-bed units; and 2 No. 5-bed units. Vehicular access to the development is to be provided from Streamstown Wood to the South, and Park Avenue to the East. The Park Avenue entrance walls will be reconfigured. Two semi-detached dwellings will face onto Streamstown Lane. The boundary wall to the north of the site shall be 2.4 metres high. The boundary fence to the East shall be 2.4 metres high.
