The development consists of alterations to previously approved planning Ref: SD22B/0303) to include: 1) Existing chimney to be retained with acrylic render finish to match dwelling, 2) External Insulation omitted with acrylic render finish to existing dwelling, 3) New fixed light, obscured glass, window to side (east) elevation, 4)Alterations to windows on rear (south) elevation, 5) Alterations to windows & material finish on front (north) elevation, 6) Existing rooflight to front porch to be removed, 7) Alterations to window & front door on front porch extension, 8) Window to utility on front (north) elevation omitted and all associated site works.

Single storey pitched roof extension to side to include new entrance lobby, accessible platform lift, internal escape stairs, landing, accessible w.c. & store (total area 26.66 sq.m), together with all associated site works.

(i) Single storey pitched roof extension to side to include new entrance lobby, accessible platform lift, internal escape stairs, landing, accessible w.c. & store (total area 26.66sq.m), (ii) extension to ground floor lobby (8.87sq.m) & construction of new fitness room (55.16sq.m) to rear, (iii) pitched roof extension to first floor function room (58.42sq.m) with 'Velux' roof windows to side & rear & extension to existing viewing balcony (46.92sq.m) at rear, together with all associated site works.

1) Demolition of existing single storey garage/store to the side of the dwelling, 2) Demolition of existing chimney to the side of the dwelling, 3) Construction of a two-storey extension to the side of the dwelling, 4) Construction of a single storey extension to the front of the dwelling, 5) Erection of external wall insulation (approx. 150m) to the entire dwelling with associated elevational changes, 6) Widening of existing entrance gate to 3.3m and all associate site works.

Extension to the rear of the existing funeral home building totalling 16.7sq.m. The proposed works will include: (a) the addition of a new multi-purpose room, kitchen, wc and landscaped courtyard garden to the ground floor; (b) alterations and renovation works to the existing shop-front and main entrance to the building; (c) new signage to the west elevation of the existing building façade and (d) all ancillary site works.
