Terenure College Rugby Football Club intend to apply for permission for modifications to planning permission granted under Ref. 3856/24 at Terenure College Rugby Football Club, Lakelands, Greenlea Grove, Dublin 6W. Modifications include a reduction in the size of the permitted extension to the clubhouse as follows: - • Omission of the single storey extension permitted along the northeastern boundary; • Reduction in area and height of the main gym extension to the clubhouse from a double height space to single storey scale; • Provision of club shop within the modified extension; • All associated site works and services.

The development includes improved access arrangements from Greenlea Grove, refurbishment and extension of the existing clubhouse facilities and will consist of: Demolition of minor structures on site and boundary wall of No. 5 Greenlea Grove extending from the improved entrance junction to the car park; Widening of the existing access road to 5m, which will include a single vehicle lane (3.8m) and a separate pedestrian path (1.2m); Construction of a single storey extension to the clubhouse along the northeastern boundary to include reception, physio examination rooms and toilets; Construction of 1 to 2-storey scale extension to the clubhouse to accommodate a gym in a double height space (2-storey scale), with gym changing rooms, keg storage and a coffee shop in the single storey element at ground level; Construction of a covered outdoor seating terrace; Reorganisation of the car parking layout with a minor reduction in car parking numbers, inclusion of motorcycle parking spaces. disability access parking spaces, age friendly spaces and EV charging spaces; Additional cycle parking spaces including cargo bike spaces; Landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site works and services.

RETENTION: Permission for the retention of 1no. cafe facility, 3m x 2.4m x2.57m with a store space of 3.06m x 1.63m x 2.57m, presently located in the parking lot alongside the existing club house, and 1no. charcoal pizza facility, 4.7m x2.5m x2.57m located at the southern end of the parking lot adjacent to the main grass pitch at a 2.73 hectare site at Terenure Rugby Football Club, 'Lakelands', Greenlea Grove, Terenure, Dublin 6W. The site is accessed via Greenlea Grove.
