1) Retain alterations to previously granted extension (Planning Reference Number F21A/0290) to the side (South) of the existing building, and 2) Retain additional single storey extensions to the rear (East) of the existing building. Full Planning Permission is also sought to complete the works to the partially completed extensions (walls and roof completed on all extensions), elevational alterations to the side (South) elevation and all ancillary site development works. The development is within the curtilage of a protected structure (RPS No. 0151).

Development will consist of (1) change of use and internal & external alterations of the existing gallery to a boxing club. (2) Single storey extension to the south elevation to accommodate changing rooms and toilets. (3) Demolition of single storey link building along north elevation. (4) Install new waste water treatment system and percolation area, and (5) all ancillary site development works. The development is within the curtilage of a protected structure (RPS No. 0151).
