1. Retention of a single storey rear return to an existing ground floor 2 bed apartment and will consist of 2. Permission for (a) modifications to the single storey rear return and rear façade of the 2-storey terrace building; (b) the construction of new party-wall boundary with the rear of the previously referred to “The Irish Bar”, Church Street; (c) and all associated site and landscaping works
