To Extend the appropriate period of Planning for P17/1006 to construct a new dwelling house incorporating a private garage, entrance and sewerage treatment facilities along with all associated works

To a) change the use of the existing office building to a granny flat ancillary to the existing dwelling house on-site, b) construct a porch extension, rear dormer window and make elevational changes to the proposed converted granny flat, and c) all associated site works

Of the existing private garage/storage facility and conservatory at the rear of the existing dwelling house to include the changes to site boundaries and for planning PERMISSION to RETAIN the extension to existing commercial offices previously authorised under planning permission P96/105 with all necessary ancillary srvices
