Amendments of the development permitted under planning ref. no: 21/1243. The amendments include the following: 1. amendments to estate roads to allow for altered road carriageway widths, the insertion of a one-way section, the omission of some road verges, associated signage and markings. 2. the construction of a concrete wall up to 3.15m in height along the eastern site boundary when measured from the lower ground level up. 3. the revised landscaping, including planting along the eastern site boundary and changes to planting along the estate road in front of units 06-12 and all associated works

And for permission to connect the units to the proposed services and infrastructure as granted under the parent permission, all with ancillary works
