Section 42 - extension of appropriate period - 19/1174 - 7 no 2 storey 4 bedroom detached houses, 1 no new road entrance, connection to public services, ancillary landscaping, boundary treatments and associated site works

Amendments of the development permitted under planning ref. no: 21/1243. The amendments include the following: 1. amendments to estate roads to allow for altered road carriageway widths, the insertion of a one-way section, the omission of some road verges, associated signage and markings. 2. the construction of a concrete wall up to 3.15m in height along the eastern site boundary when measured from the lower ground level up. 3. the revised landscaping, including planting along the eastern site boundary and changes to planting along the estate road in front of units 06-12 and all associated works

Alterations to previously approved application Ref: 20153. The proposed alterations consist of: Alterations of house types including position of houses, finished floor levels, ridge heights, revised window/door positions and revised materials/finishes. The proposed 6 no. house types consist of: 2 no. 2 bedroom 2 storey houses and 4 no. 3 bedroom 2 storey houses, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site works. Ground works related to previously approved application ref: 20153 will be carried out during this application

A proposed new housing development consisting of 12 residential units. The development will comprise of the following (1). 4 No. House type A 170m2 4-Bed Detached units;4 No. House type B 129m2 3-Bed semi-detached units; 2 No. House type C 101m2 3-Bed semi-detached units and 2 No. House type D 155m2 3-Bed Semi-detached units. (2)The proposal will also include permission for the demolition of the existing dwelling and outbuildings on site, (3) revisions and alterations to existing vehicular entrance on site to serve the development (4.) Connection to all services, mains water and public lighting as well as all soft and hard landscaping and boundary treatments including hedging, walls, fences and all associated site works

Alter the previously granted planning file register number 21/1243 which will consist of the following:- (a) change of house type "B" from a two-storey three bedroom detached dwelling to a four-bedroom two-storey detached dwelling design with 8 No. units affected. And for permission to connect the units to the proposed services and infrastructure as granted under the parent permission, all with ancillary works

Construction of 26 dwellings, new entrance to public road, widening of public road, new public footpath, connection to all services for dwellings, new internal road and footpath to proposed dwellings and associate works

All weather athletic facility incorporating a new clubhouse circa 1350 sqft approx with covered areas adjacent, new sprint, perimeter running track and vaulting areas including long jump areas training areas, floodlighting, new perimeter fencing and boundaries, new vehicular entrance and parking, connection to services and all other associated site works required for such a facility. The application also includes provision for a new playground which will form part of works to be carried out later by Wicklow County Council separate to this application
