The development will consist of the demolition and reinstatement of existing hotel floorspace (c. 175 sq m) at ground floor level, internal alterations to the existing hotel floorspace (including the removal of 3 No. existing hotel bedrooms) at ground and first floor level and the demolition of an existing ESB substation (c. 31 sq m).
