Retention of amendments to glazing and fenestration on the dwelling facades and amendments to the entranceway, the chimney flue, external seating area and outhouse, and proposed amendments to external furniture feature. The works for which retention permission is sought comprise; amendments to the entrance gate to accommodate service infrastructure, re-orientation of the outhouse, provision of zinc cladding roof on the outhouse, revisions to timber window and door design on all facades of the dwelling, omission of 2 no. doors on the eastern facade and their replacement with timber windows, omission of glazing above the entrance hall and its replacement with zinc cladding, omission of 1 no. high level window on the western elevation and 1 no. high level window in the eastern elevation and their replacement with zinc cladding, omission of glazing under the glazed canopy and its replacement with timber cladding, revised seating layout at the north of the site to bring this area closer to the existing steps, revision of timber bench feature on the southern facade and repositioning of the chimney flue. The works for which planning permission is sought comprise the proposed omission of timber bench feature on western facade.
