Kilkenny. Advisory Note: The full extent of the grid connection is 33.8km, and a separate planning application will be made for an underground grid connection to Tipperary County Council. The development comprises part of an overall development for which planning permission was granted for a 9 turbine wind farm and all associated works on lands located in the townlands of Farranroy Upper, Farranroy Lower, Coolnashinnagh & Gortnasmuttaun, Co.
