Planning permission is sought for construction of new agricultural glasshouses (as extension to existing facility), and stormwater attenuation system comprising harvesting tank / overflow system connected via hydrobrake to existing ditch, and associated site works at Tyrrellstown, Lusk, Co. Dublin.

Permission is sought for: alterations to previously approved application ref. no. F19A/0271 - construction of new agricultural glasshouses, agricultural pack house, toilet block, waste water treatment system and percolation area, rainwater percolation system, and associated site works. In addition a Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application. Alterations to include relocation of previously approved agricultural pack house c.14m north & construction of loading bay & electrical housing along with revisions to previously approved 'storm' water disposal with new rainwater harvesting system.
