The installation of an ATM machine to existing north elevation

(i) Demolition of the 1st and 2nd floor of existing apartment duplex unit over retained ground floor shop units; (ii) construction of a 3 storey residential building consisting of 6 no. 1-bedroom apartments and a 2-bedroom penthouse, all over the retained shop units; (iii) the re-positioning of existing external staircase and gable openings serving the adjoining building (1 Island View House) and (iv) boundary treatments, landscaping and all associated siteworks necessary to facilitate the development.
