The relocation of the use of the existing apprentice joinery workshop training centre for young apprentices from its existing location on site to warehouse unit 2 involving the change of use from warehouse to apprentice joinery workshop training centre and all ancillary internal and external works including the extension of the first floor mezzanine of 747sq.m, minor modifications of the front entrance and provision of a canopy with integrated signage and provision of a waste wood store for recycling as fule for the boiler 29sq.m and dust containment at the rear, the overall GFA is 2,319sq.m; The use of the existing joinery workshop training centre will remain as a training centre for Sisk employees use and include general storage area at ground floor and minor internal and external works will be carried out comprising internally the extension of the first floor level mezzanine by 291sq.m from the existing mezzanine of 234sq.m to 525sq.m and externally the upgrading, cladding and improvements to fenestration of the external elevations, the overall GFA is 1346sq.m.

The building shall be ct4 in plastisol coated insulated metal cladding. 3) The extension of the existing yard area on the Western side of the site to accommodate Vehicle loading and the relocation of the existing Compactor Building and workshop to the South West comer of the site 4) The extension of the existing Staff and Visitor car park on the Eastern side of the site 5) Alteration to Boundary treatment to Robinwood Road through the realignment of the existing wall and the installation of a new pedestrian and bicycle access at the North West Comer of the site. 6) The installation of two levels of new fenestration to the Eastern Elevation of the existing building. 7) The installation of a new underground surface water attenuation system beneath the new Western yard complete with petrol interceptor and hydro brake to augment the existing site systems.

Erection of a 6000mm high totem style site sign for the Turnpike Business Park; the totem will be 1800mm wide x 250mm deep in plan, including lettering/numerals and illuminated elements to it's north and south sides and will be located at the east boundary of the site near the site entrance; associated works.

Permission (10 year) for the extension and expansion of the existing bottling facility to consist of: demolition of the existing vathouse and tanker unloading area and its replacement by a new car parking area; demolition of the existing security hut at the entrance to the site, an existing pallet recycling area and 2 no. forklift stores; development of a tank farm containing 24 no. alcohol storage vats with an associated tanker unloading area, parking areas, high level walkway, support plant and control building; an overhead pipebridge and walkway connecting the new tank farm to the main plant area; a water reservoir, raw water storage tank and RO water storage tank and an extension to the existing pump house; an extension to the existing bottling hall to include the provision of 1 no. administrative office; an extension to the existing materials store to include the provision of new office space, driver's kitchen and recycling area; an extension to the existing Warehouse No. 14; alterations to Warehouse No. 11; 2 no. forklift charging areas; a new covered service yard incorporating a pallet storage area and workshop; 4 no. security huts; a covered walkway adjoining the existing Warehouse No. 9; a new site circulation and car parking layout; revisions to the existing entrance/exit on to Robinhood Road in order to create a truck-only entrance/exit; the redesign of an existing entrance onto Robinhood Road to create a new entrance/exit for cars and small delivery vehicles only; all associated ancillary development, landscaping, site works and services including the incorporation of company signage on to selected elevations, upgrades to boundary fencing and the installation of 2 no. underground surface water attenuation tanks. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies.

Amendment to previously permitted planning for change of use of part of existing industrial unit to motor showroom, Reg. SD19A/0199 (floor area of additional change of use 130sq.m).

Extension of the existing depot to provide additional bus parking facilities comprising a total of 221 bus spaces (including 45 electric bus parking spaces), 33 car parking spaces (including 15 electric car parking spaces), 5 motorcycle parking spaces and 30 bicycle parking spaces; revisions to the layout and configuration of the existing bus and car parking areas; the installation of electric vehicle charging units and associated infrastructure; new vehicular entrance/egress arrangement (including barrier and ramp) to Ballymount Avenue on the north-eastern site boundary; the provision of 4 pedestrian entrances located on the south-eastern, south-western and north-eastern site boundaries; internal roads and pedestrian pathways; minor elevational amendments to the existing transport depot building (relocation and addition of roller shutter doors and relocation of signage); hard and soft landscaping; boundary treatments; changes in level; lighting; surface water drainage; piped infrastructure and ducting, and all associated site excavation and development works above and below ground. (The development will also include the underground diversion of the existing ESB power line traversing the south-eastern corner of the site.)

Change of use from existing residential dwelling to short term stay / guest house, Ground floor extension to rear with the provision of 1 no. accessible bathroom at ground level, with internal modifications and associated site works, landscaping and SuDS drainage, necessary to facilitate the development.

Internal reconfiguration and first floor internal extension (98.36sqm) to the existing light industrial unit (total gross floor area of building increases from 1003.9sqm to 1102.26sqm) and change of use to accommodate warehousing / distribution, professional trade support and training services, showroom for display and sale of painting products, ancillary offices and all associated staff accommodation. Permission is sought for revisions to the existing parking and servicing / delivery areas within the site via existing vehicular entrances from Elm Road and Chestnut Road, minor changes to the southern elevation, new building mounted signage and all associated site and development works associated with the above.

A) Retention permission for the retention of the existing 45m high monopole telecommunications support structure together with all associated antennas, dishes, RRU’s, cabling and equipment to include ground based equipment all enclosed in security fencing. (Permission previously granted under SD12A/0152 on a 5 year temporary permission) and B. Permission for the addition of support steelwork at the top section of the 45m high monopole telecommunications support structure to accommodate ComReg receive antennas, dish, and radio receiver together with associated works bringing the overall equipment height to 48.44m (49.45m including lightning finial)

Design alterations to development permitted under ref. SD21A/0347 (extension to paint workshop) involving removal of existing 436sq.m store unit and enlargement of the permitted 980sq.m extension to 1,661.1sq.m (an increase of 681.1sq.m, bringing the total paint workshop unit to 3,216sq.m), together with new steel roof sheeting at the northern entrance to the permitted extension and the provision of 2 accessible parking bays and 2 electric vehicle parking bays and all associated site development works.

Construction of a new bus interchange to replace that existing at Red Cow Luas park and ride car park. The proposed works consist of the provision of 9 new sawtooth type bus bays, bus shelters, overhead canopies, a bicycle building, passenger and driver welfare facilities, and an electrical substation. A new carriageway arrangement for bus access and circulation including a reconfiguration of the western car park layout to allow for provision of taxi and drop off facilities is also proposed. The proposed works also include minor realignment of the park and ride access road between the mini roundabout entrance to the western car park and the mini roundabout entrance to the eastern car park. The existing Luas stop, depot building, surface parking facilities and bus interchange were originally granted permission under LRO 59 of 1999.

Alterations to the existing single storey front extension including removal of pitched roof profile; construction of new flat roofed ground and first floor extension over the existing garage conversion and extension to side and rear of house with roof lights; external insulation to front, side and rear; SuDS drainage; all associated landscaping and site development works.

(i) Alterations to existing roofs to include increasing roof height of one bay to match adjoining bay; (ii) new wall & roof cladding including louvred ventilation panels and translucent panels over existing cladding and to altered areas of buildings and extensions; (iii) provision of new roller-shutter doors to three existing opes and three new opes; (iv) demolition of three ancillary structures attached to the north side of the building and provision of four new single storey pitched roof structures attached to the north side of the building; (v) demolition of some existing wall and roof structures to the eastern end of the building, and the provision of new walls & roofs to form new areas of the high-bay plant/fabricating area with raised roof on parapet levels; (vi) demolition of a detached single storey plant building on the north-west of the site and storage buildings on the east of the site and construction of 3 new single storey detached plant and storage buildings; (vii) provision of new signage to the west facing elevation of the building at high level; (viii) all other associated siteworks & services to facilitate the development.

Construction of 3 no. enterprise / light industrial / wholesale outlet units (Units A, B and C), including ancillary office / administration areas over two levels, with a total GFA of 1,576 sq.m. The proposal includes 25 no. car parking spaces (which includes 2 no. van parking spaces), 20 no. cycle spaces, a Unit Substation, signage zones for the units delivery / loading areas, landscaping, boundary treatments, lighting, PV panels, foul and surface water drainage and all associated development. The proposal forms an extension to the development permitted under Reg. Ref.: SD22A/0099 and includes vehicular and pedestrian access off the permitted internal access road to the immediate south of the proposed units. The application site is located to the north west of, and will be accessed from, the development permitted under Reg. Ref.: SD22A/0099 (to be known as Apex Hub), and is located to the southeast of Crosslands Business Park, Ballymount Road Lower.

Retention of 2 single storey extensions to the industrial use at Plant Area 2 including a 124sqm extension with a sliding door entrance and a sloping lean to roof to the east and a 34sqm extension with a rolling shutter and a sloping lean to roof at the south west; and all associated site works.

Retention of 3 standalone coated steel prefabricated units comprising of 2 single storey prefabricated units (each c.31sq.m GFA) and associated entrance ramps used for canteen and welfare use respectively; 1 single storey prefabricated modular unit (c.199sq.m GFA) and associated entrance ramp used for office use; all site development works are proposed on a site of c.0.245ha.
