PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Alterations to permission Reg Ref:4732/19 are sought – a dormer bungalow at one and two storeys that includes a protected structure within the curtilage. The existing door and cut-stone door surround – protected structure no. 1253 on the south west (front) boundary of the site will be unaffected by the alterations. The alterations will consist of: 1) Increase in area from 25sqm to 34sqm. 2) Change in roof form from flat construction to a stepped monopitch construction, which will include a loft storage space, with a resulting increase in ridge height at west elevation, and a decrease in parapet height at east elevation. 3) One rooflight to the east slope of the monopitch roof.

The existing door and cut-stone door surround - Protected Structure No. 1253 on the south west (front) boundary of the site will be unaffected by the proposed works. The proposed works will consist of the construction of a single storey flat roof extension of 25sqm to the rear of the existing dwelling with a floor level at minus 800mm matching existing lower ground levels. All together with associated site and landscape works.
