Extension of appropriate period of PRR17/517 (change of use of first floor commercial facility to two first floor apartments. Development consists of a 96.3 sqm (two bedroom apartment) and a 53.3 sqm (one bedroom apartment). Additionally, planning permission is sought for the change of use of a single storey creche/office facility to a 73sqm single storey dwelling. All of the above together with ancillary works)
