Amendment to previous approved planning Ref. No. 21/557 for change of use of existing structure to childcare use, with increase in occupancy for approved 50 to 66, between hours of 7am & 7pm, with revised layout to include for the enclosure of approved first floor play-area to form additional ECCE room, relocation of play area to ground floor, with removal of section of roof, and amendments to elevations and all associated works

(1) the change of use of 226.10 m2 section of the existing structure to provide School Aged Childcare rooms, a pre-school room and an Early Intervention ASD classroom, (2) the provision of raised parapet walls and a glazed guarding to the existing (front) single storey section to provide a 100.00 m2 play-area, (3) a window in lieu of a window (as access to the play-area) on the upper front (north)elevation, (4) the provision of a ramped access to the side (west) and (5) all associated works
