Permission to divide the existing pre-school area on the second floor level (87.4m.sq.), granted under planning permission reg. ref. 3667/22 to provide an additional-care room resulting in 2no. care rooms on the second floor to facilitate full time and part time care for children, an increase in numbers and care requirements, and an extension in the times from 07:00 to 18:00 hours Monday to Friday. Permission is also sought to extend the closing time for the ground floor level care areas (51.7m.sq.) granted under planning permission reg. ref. 3509/24 from 17:00 to 18:00 hours Monday to Friday, to facilitate full time care with part-time care along with all other ancillary site works at Willows FC, Jamestown Road, Finglas, Dublin 11.

Permission is sought by Little Willows Pre School for the change of use of two of the existing changing rooms at the ground floor level of the existing football club house to a sessional pre-school (c.52m.sq.) along with all other ancillary site works.

RETENTION: Retention permission is sought for the existing sessional pre-school (c.100 sqm) at the second floor level of the existing football club house formally used as a function room along with all other ancillary site works.
