- 6The on-site domestic wastewater treatment system and percolation/polishing filter must be designed, constructed, operated, and maintained per the EPA Code of Practice 2009. Percolation areas must be protected from sludge carryover. No surface water may infiltrate the treatment system. A domestic grease trap must be installed.
