The construction of a new 1155m2 single storey centre of excellence training facility to include 6 no. changing rooms, training gym, wash rooms and shower facilities, referee facilities, administration offices, plant room and all associated site works, car parking and bus parking provisions. New fencing and turnstiles to existing car park. Proposed development to be served via an existing site entrance and waste water facility as constructed under planning reference 10129. Retention permission is also sought for retention of existing porta cabin for duration of construction phase. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority as part of the application and available for inspection.
