Traffic Sightlines
Sight lines at the western entrance are not demonstrated in line with the CDP. Sightlines to the east at this entrance are non-existent, increasing hazard to road users.

The existing unauthorised entrance on the northeast boundary does not meet development plan requirements for entrances onto public roads.
