Proposed 4-bedroom dwelling requires a 6 p.e. design, but the site suitability report was only designed for 5 p.e. The soil polishing filter area (75m2) is insufficient and must be revised to 90m2. The site is located in a Locally Important Aquifer (Li) with High Vulnerability (H), triggering an R1 response requirement. Insufficient information was provided regarding the water supply type, ground flow direction, and separation distances from existing treatment systems and wells within 100m.
