The development will comprise of the construction of 83 No. residential units and all ancillary works consisting of: 66 No. 2 storey houses (18 No. 3 bed terraced units (c. 98.16 sqm Gross Floor Area (GFA)) 12 No. 2 bed terraced units (c. 82.32 sqm GFA); and 36 No. 3 bed semi-detached units (6 No. c. 113.66 sqm GFA and 30 No. c.114.37 sqm GFA); and 5 No. Single storey houses (5 No. 2 bed bungalow units (c. 85.4 sqm GFA)); and 12 No. duplex apartment units within 2 No. 2 storey blocks, consisting of: 6 No. 2 bed units (c. 83.1 sqm GFA); and 6 No. 2 bed units (c. 90.57 sqm GFA) with balconies on the eastern elevation at 1st floor level. The development will also consist of: a new vehicular access from Browneshill Road Lower; the provision of 2 No. new pedestrian accesses at the Link Road and Browneshill Road Lower; 166 No. grade level car parking spaces; 1 No. bicycle storage shelter (18 no. spaces); and 11 No. bin storage areas. The development includes all associated landscaping works (including the provision of public and private open space areas), boundary treatments, site development works, site services (foul, surface water drainage, water supply) and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works
