Permission is sought for extension of permitted operating hours at the existing asphalt plant on a 0.9 hectare site within Carrigtwohill Quarry at Ballyvodock West, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork (previously permitted under Cork County Council Reg. No. S/01/4977). Permission is sought for asphalt production operations to commence at 6am Monday to Saturday inclusive and to cease at 19.00 hours Monday to Saturday inclusive;- and to take place outside of the proposed (amended) operational hours on not more than 40 days per annum. The proposed development will not result in any physical alteration to existing structures or to any change in current output rates
