The proposed development consists of detached, semi-detached, terraced and apartment units comprising of 1 no. 7 bed house, 15 no. 4 bed houses [with the capacity to become 5 bed], 30 no. 3 bed houses [with capacity to become 4 bed], 20 no. 2 bed houses [with capacity to become 3 bed] and 8 no. 1 bed apartments. The development also includes the provision of a creche and 150 no. car parking spaces, drainage works, landscaping, boundary treatments, surface treatments and all ancillary site development works. Vehicular access is to be provided onto the R639 to the south of the site via "The Orchard" Estate permitted by 18/4162 and 19/4921.
