Proposed development

Application description published by Dublin City Council.
PROTECTED STRUCTURE: (REF: 2725). The development will consist of the removal of the current Exchequer Street and Drury Street shopfronts as per the planning drawings to reinstate the surviving historic elements of the original shopfront with the new shopfront including the relocation of the door to the corner elevation. The proposed shopfront will incorporate surviving elements of the historic brick/terracotta or timber elements of the shopfront which should be faithfully accurate to the original features including new advertisement signage and all associated works.
