Works to existing industrial building accommodating kegging activities at the brewery comprising: 1) demolition of north-eastern corner of building and annexes, reconfiguration to accommodate 4 no. vehicular loading bays, 1 no. pedestrian door and associated elevation treatment; 2) alterations to northern facade as follows: removal of free-standing staff annexes, recladding, new and reconfigured roller shutter openings (8 no. in total) and pedestrian doors (3 no. in total); 3) new screened plant and safety railings at roof level; and 4) all other associated works. The works also include demolition of existing free-standing double height Fork Lift Truck (FLT) building and associated smaller shed. The proposed development is located within a site which has an approved IE (Industrial Emissions) Licence (Ref. No. P0301-04).
