The existing boundary wall between Nos. 48 & 49 Fortesque Lane will be removed within the footprint of the proposed development and will be replaced by a new boundary wall. The roof will comprise a selected metal clad curved section and a flat section. The external walls will comprise selected brickwork and cladding.
