- 2046/21The proposed development comprises the demolition of all existing buildings on site and the construction of a new building that ranges in height between 5 and 7 storeys above basement level onto Newmarket (to the north), and between 2 to 9 storeys onto Mill Street (to the south), with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 4,413 sqm (excluding the basement of 222 sqm GFA).
