The southern partially enclosed storage area will include a lean-to corrugated roof (c. 3.0m at its highest point) while the northern partially enclosed storage area will remain open. The development will also include the provision of new concrete hardstanding surface to accommodate supply truck; and associated site clearance including removal of 1 no. tree, and all associated site works.
