The changes are: a) Adjusted window location in the south gable and in the east facing set-back 3rd floor level; modification of window dimensions; b) At roof level, the addition of photo voltaic panel array and the increase in the rooftop lift plant room by 600mm; c) Relocation of the ramped route to the bike and bin stores from the front to the side and rear of building; d) Alterations to the front façade at ground level (an additional fire exit gate, facing materials, omission of glazed canopy over entrance to basement car park; e) Additional 20 sq.m strip of floor area at basement level along the rear site boundary.
