F20A/0610: Construction of a two-storey detached dwelling, a car port and upgraded vehicular access point to include a c.15 metres long kerb build-out on Balbriggan Street to the east of the access point. The kerb build-out shall measure a maximum of 0.7 metres wide, with the footpath along the entire length of the kerb build-out reconstructed to accommodate its installation. 5 no. bollards are to be provided on the kerb build-out and 15 metres of new double yellow lines shall be installed on the southern carriageway adjacent to the kerb build=-out to control unauthorised parking of vehicles. The centre line of Balbriggan Street shall be locally realigned over a distance of ca. 41 metres in the kerb build-out's vicinity and all associated ancillary site development works necessary to facilitate the development.
