The development will also consist of an ESB substation (22 sqm) and car parking for 133 cars and 26 no. bicycle spaces all at surface level; 1 no. 4.1 m high double sided projecting internally illuminated sign (5.1 sqm) at the entrance off Upper Main Street; as well as all other associated signage, landscaping, including new public plaza to Upper Main Street, and site development works. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the commercial development is off Upper Main Street with secondary pedestrian accesses off Bollum Lane and Cooper's Bank.
