The development will include for the provision of additional (128no.) parking spaces, hard and soft landscaping, drainage and boundary treatments, attached and free standing signage, forming new secondary site entrance on southern boundary. These changes result in revision to permitted parking and driveway layouts, permitted hard and soft landscaping and drainage. (construction of permitted building 'A', 'B' 'C' and 'D' has now commenced on site).
