No external changes are proposed; (ii) permission is sought for a replacement two storey dormer styled dwelling to replace the existing dwelling for which a change of use to staff accommodation is sought. The dwelling will comprise a kitchen/dining room, living room, utility room, wc, and 1 no. bedroom with en-suite at ground floor, and 2 no. bedrooms, bathroom, wc and games room at first floor; (b) provision of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to serve the dwelling.
