No external changes are proposed; (ii) permission is sought for a replacement two storey dormer styled dwelling to replace the existing dwelling for which a change of use to staff accommodation is sought. The dwelling will comprise a kitchen/dining room, living room, utility room, wc, and 1 no. bedroom with en-suite at ground floor, and 2 no. bedrooms, bathroom, wc and games room at first floor; (b) provision of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to serve the dwelling. The dwelling will be accessed via a new entrance onto a privately owned lane which is accessed via an existing entrance off Balrothery Road (LP01155); (iii) retention permission is sought for a single storey wooden staff accommodation cabin for 4 no. staff members to the rear of the existing dwelling comprising a living/dining/kitchen room, bedroom and bathroom, and foul drainage which is connected to the existing waste water treatment system which serves the Club House.
