Unit 23 shall measure 4,485.45 m2 complete with 50 carpark spaces and Unit 27 shall measure 6,215.89 m2 complete with 71 carpark spaces. The development will also include an ESB sub-station to Unit 27, measuring 17.5 m2, service yards, signage to the proposed units, the extension of Birch drive to the east, service access roads and all associated landscaping and ancillary site works for undeground duct work, drainage and utility services, on a site area of 2.40 hectares.
