EV spaces and 5 no. reduced mobility spaces) and 80 no. bicycle parking spaces will serve the development; and (iv) The development will also include all associated SuDS drainage, landscaping, boundary treatments, lighting, CCTV, signage and site development works necessary to facilitate the development.
